Irvine Resident Hoang Nguyen Name Vice President of Technology and Development at ACOM Solutions, Inc.
LONG BEACH, California, June 23, 2008 – Hoang Nguyen has been promoted to the position of vice president of technology and development at ACOM Solutions, Inc., a leading developer of integrated document management solutions, it was announced today by Patrick McMahon, president.
Nguyen joined ACOM in 2000 as a software engineer following several years as a project leader at Jouve Data Management Inc., where he designed application for the airline industry and also participated in the development of that company’s ISO 9000 Certification program.
Among his duties in the new position, Nguyen will participate in product strategy planning, provide technology research and assessments, supervise software development and quality assurance, and oversee the implementation the company’s process improvement program.
“Since he joined ACOM, Hoang has been an integral part of the company’s software engineering effort and a major contributor to the increasing power and flexibility of our solutions,” McMahon said. “It is pleasure to recognize his contributions with this promotion and we congratulate him and wish him continued success.”
A resident of Irvine, California, Nguyen holds a B.S. in computer science from The University of California at Irvine.
