Edward J. Kennedy
Founder and Chairman
Mr. Kennedy founded ACOM in 1983 after service as a national sales manager at Burroughs Corporation. Mr. Kennedy began his career with Addressograph-Multigraph Corporation, later holding positions with Xerox, Boise-Cascade, Vydec Information Systems and System Development Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and did graduate work at the University of Denver and Stanford.

Patrick McMahon
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McMahon joined ACOM in 1997 following several years as Chief of Operations at Strategic Mortgage Services, a $120 million provider of software solutions and information processing services to the mortgage, banking and real estate industries. Earlier, he had been President of Automated Processing & Development Corp, a software development and systems integration firm specializing in enterprise-wide electronic workflow systems. Mr. McMahon graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. degree in Business Administration, subsequently earning an M.B.A. at the University of California at Los Angeles.

James R. Scott
Senior Vice President- Sales
Mr. Scott joined ACOM in 1997 as Vice President of sales and marketing. Currently head of sales, he has accrued more than 25 years of experience in the information processing and document processing industries. Prior to joining ACOM Mr. Scott held positions as Vice President of sales at Strategic Mortgage Services and as Vice President of sales for the Western Division of Automatic Data Processing Corporation, among others. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston with a marketing emphasis.

Mark Firmin
Senior Vice President - Marketing
Mr. Firmin is responsible for corporate marketing strategy including product management and marketing for the company’s divisions. He is also General Manager of ACOM’s Financial Documents Division, serving banks and other financial institutions. Mr. Firmin joined ACOM in 1999 through the company’s acquisition of Formula One Systems, of which he was a principal and Vice President of sales and marketing. He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in England with a B.A. degree in Business Administration, subsequently earning his M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems at Georgia State University.

Gregory T. Church
Vice President - Healthcare Business Division
Mr. Church is Vice President of ACOM's Healthcare Business Division, responsible for both its sales and operations teams. Before joining ACOM, Mr. Church was Director of sales and corporate marketing for System One Corporation, a Boulder, Colorado developer and marketer of software systems and applications. Following a merger he continued to fill the same position with the new company, TriZetto Group, a healthcare systems provider. Earlier, he had held product, sales and customer service management posts with Consumer Health Services, Inc. He is a graduate of University of Colorado with degrees in Business Administration and Music.

Sam Mikhail
Vice President of Sales- System i/iSeries & Windows Divisions
Mr. Mikhail joined ACOM in 1993 as a sales account executive, rapidly progressing to regional manager, and subsequently holding positions as director of sales in several of the company’s divisions. Currently he manages sales for both the Microsoft Windows and the System i/iSeries Divisions. Mr. Mikhail is a graduate of Long Beach State University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems.

Libby Guntner
Vice President Operations - System i/iSeries Division
Ms. Guntner is responsible for Operations in the ACOM System i/iSeries Division. She joined the ACOM management team as a result of the company’s acquisition of Formula One Systems, where she created and managed the customer training department. Earlier, she built and managed extensive customer support teams both in the private and public sectors. Ms. Guntner is a graduate of Florida State University.

Hoang Nguyen
Vice President of Technology and Development
As vice president of technology and development, Mr. Nguyen’s responsibilities range from participation in product strategy planning through oversight of software development projects and quality assurance. He also leads the implementation of the company’s process improvement program. Mr. Nguyen joined the company in 2000 as a software engineer, following a position as a project leader at a software firm developing applications for the airline industry. While there, he also participated in an ISO 9000 Certification program. Mr. Nguyen holds a B.S. degree in computer science from The University of California at Irvine.

Steven R. Snider
Controller
Mr. Snider joined ACOM in 1993, following 12 years as an accounting manager with Petrolane, Incorporated, an oil exploration and producing company. In his current position, he manages all financial aspects of the company's operations. Mr. Snider holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Long Beach State University, with an accounting emphasis.
