• AES256 file encryption on files imported into EZCM:
  files residing on the active drive can be accessed only through EZCM

  retention policy can be set at both folder and file levels
• Dynamic Target Path:
  dynamic subfolders or targets can be created during import, based on indexed fields
• Electronic file shredding, with three shred levels
• Support for Java 6.0 and for Tomcat 5.5
• Support for the Firefox browser, joining Internet Explorer and Netscape
• Extended support for the HTTP/S as the default batch file transfer protocol
• Database metadata/index capture through ODBC
• Windows-like user interface, yielding simplified operation and user management
