Scanning and OCR of hardcopies

Externally obtained documents can be scanned-in. The system supports image file OCR, ICR, and forms processing. The process is really no more difficult than making copies. -more document imaging information

Automatic capture and indexing of structured content

Create form templates and create full color documents that are captured and indexed automatically.

ACOM’s drag-and-drop document template design software enables you to easily create business document templates. After templates have been created, your documents are then merged with your financial/ERP data into finished documents (using EZeDocs or EZPayManager).

Finished documents can be printed and/or distributed electronically and are captured automatically. There's no need to manually key in Metadata, it's automatically imported with the captured documents, so you save time and reduce errors.

Automatic capture of unstructured content/files

Unstructured electronic files such as video, audio, CAD etc. can be placed into "monitored directories" and automatically uploaded and checked into the EZContentManager repository... in their native format.

Flexible options for associating metadata and index fields to the captured files, allowing for simplified file location and retrieval.
