An add-on to the document management solution, EZRetrieve lets users hot-key search for specific documents located within EZContentManager (EZCM) without leaving applications in which they’re working.

Suppose you are working in any application and you want to search for a related document that’s stored in your document management system. Usually, you have to go through several steps to search for a document.

With ACOM’s EZRetrieve hot-key search tool, you just select a phrase from the open document and press the hot-key, which will open a browser window with the search results for the selected text. (Or simply press the hot-key and type your search terms, from within any application.)
