- Design contemporary full-color business documents using EZDesigner, a simple, yet feature-rich GUI design tool.
- Graphically connect your existing financial/ERP data with assigned fields on the new form/template.
- Store these electronic form templates on your PC to be printed, sent electronically, or modified whenever necessary.
- When the user "prints" the file from the source application the file is automatically merged into the new form. And presto! The form is laser printed, faxed, emailed, and/or electronically archived. It's that simple.
