Fax Delivery of Documents
EZeDocs’ fax function captures the print stream, formats the data, and then sends the formatted document to any messaging application programming interface (MAPI) compliant fax system.
Fax delivery can be selected on a per-document basis, dynamically and automatically, at run time, making delivery of your documents even easier.
Do I have to fax my whole print run?
No. With EZeDocs you can selectively determine the delivery of each separate document. In fact, for any given print run you may print, fax or email output, or use any combination of these. This means that you could deliver an fax only to those customers who prefer to receive them and print the rest to be posted later, all without altering your original report.
