Document Printing
EZeDocs intelligently merges data from applications with your own form designs to deliver full-color laser quality invoices, purchase orders, reports, checks, forms and other business documents directly to a laser printer. These forms can include many elements such as barcodes, signatures, logos, graphics, multi-part forms, etc.
Integration with your ERP/Accounting system is seamless and transparent at the user level. The user who is in the ERP system prints the EZeDocs reports directly from the ERP system, and has no idea what goes behind the scenes.
EZeDocs eliminates the need for management of preprinted forms. Changes to forms such as addresses, phone numbers, personnel, and logos are easily and instantaneously updated without interruption to the system. EZeDocs also removes the hassles associated with preprinted forms, such as manual preprinted form loading, separation and handling.
EZeDocs is also well suited to producing form letters, capable of placing variable data within paragraphs and even using input data to define which paragraph to print. In this way, EZeDocs can print variations on the same theme, or completely different themes, in letters produced in batch runs quickly and efficiently.
What kind of printers will EZeDocs work with?
Any printer capable of
recognizing
PostScript or PCL5 commands will work with EZeDocs. Most modern laser printers have this ability.
