Welcome to ACOM iSeries Product Manager Angela Doolittle's Blog
Updates
Happy Fall everyone! I've received a lot of feeback lately from customers and I wanted to share some information with you. I hope that you find this information helpful and if there is anything that you'd like to know about for the immediate future, please don't hesitate to contact me directly and ask!
Thank you to everyone that responded to our OS/400 survey on your current OS version and plans to upgrade. I received a great response from this (over 600 responses) and this gives us great feedback for future development initiatives. To give you a quick recap, of the ACOM customers that have responded to date....
I am starting a series of what I'm calling "City Tours" and visiting with you, our customer, to gain some valuable information about what your business is doing, what types of tools you need, and where you see your organization in 5 years. Things like that! Would you like to participate? If so, send me an email at
and I will be sure to add you to my "Customer Forum Group" and come visit you! That being said, onto an update on V6R1.
OK - so it's been a long time since I've updated my blog. I apologize for that; I've been super swamped but I guess busy is a good thing! I will try to update more often and give you all an idea of what we are doing here at ACOM. I hope everyone has had a great summer; football season is upon us! I will leave out football discussions in this entry, maybe another time, but you know I do live in the South.....so on to V6R1.
The last couple months have been busy for us! We have been working hard on enhancements requests, doing webcasts, and attending conferences.
Thanks to all the folks that stopped by to see us at both the Collaborate Expo in Las Vegas, as well as COMMON in Anaheim a few weeks ago. And thanks to all the customers that attended our Customer Appreciation Party at the House of Blues! We hope you had a great time and as always, we appreciate your business and your loyalty to ACOM!
