Introductions are in order: my name is Angela Doolittle and I am the Senior iSeries Product Manager.  I’m very excited to be sharing my thoughts and hearing your thoughts about all aspects of ACOM, our software, our offerings, and the iSeries market as a whole. 

What I’m hoping is that you, our valued customers, will read my entries and it will spark some ideas about what you would like to see us add to the software, or what direction you would like to see us go in the future.  That’s what I do: make sure our customers are happy and that the product has what customers are asking for to make their processes better and more efficient.  You’ve spent time and money on a lot of software; you should be able to use ours in a way that is efficient for you and makes your daily business life better and easier!
