Happy February! I have 2 upcoming Webcasts and I was just curious to see how many people actually find webcasts to be worthwhile. I personally enjoy hosting them, but I also enjoy viewing them. For one thing, I don't have to leave the office any more than I already do to travel to a training session or a seminar. Another thing is that without a sales pitch involved, it's a nice way to find out information about something you've been wanting to learn more about.
For you, our customer, are ACOM webcasts informative? Would you be more likely to view one if you were assured it was product/function related and not a sales pitch? Would you rather see a webcast as more of a training session instead of new product functionality? Do you use webcasts from various companies to learn about a product you've had your eye on to make a more informed decision? At any rate, hope your new year is shaping up nicely! I'm keeping up with my new year's resolution so far - hope you are too! :) |
