Here's How it Works

ACOM's EZeDocs/400 eMail Module is a native iSeries software solution that is conditionally utilized for document and payment notice output.

Automatically convert documents to the PDF file format and securely e-mail a portion (or all) of a spool file. PDF files can even have multiple pages within one PDF file. Get true conditional print, fax, and/or e-mail output all from a single spool file.

No PC Servers required!!!

From ACOM’s eMail Module and your standard iSeries you can securely route your documents out to the internet via your existing SMTP resource, directly! Or you could route the e-mails through your Exchange or Domino Mail server. Most users generally prefer to avoid Network Mail Server downtime potentials, and route the output directly out to the Internet via their SMTP.

No additional iSeries resources required. ACOM provides all that you need.
