iSeries Check Printing- Laser Checks Module
EZPayManager/400 Laser Checks Module provides you with total control and security for back office payments (such as payroll, accounts payable, T & E reimbursement, etc.).
Expensive pre-printed check stock is eliminated and replaced with secure electronic check templates. Checks and remittance details are securely printed in one pass through the printer, eliminating most post-processing steps. The result is a secure, automated check-printing process that saves time and money, and adds a layer of security not possible with pre-printed checks.
Here’s How It Works
When payments are processed, data from spool files residing on the iSeries 400 are automatically merged with the appropriate check template(s) and sent to any secure MICR laser printer on your network, for the printing of laser checks with remittance details. As a result, additional capabilities such as sorting, signature rules and positive pay (check fraud alert) become part of the automated process, and are no longer manual steps.
