EZReporter/400- Report Conversion and Distribution

This new add-on module is used in conjunction with EZSplitter/400, and enables you to take the split spool files, with indices, and convert the spool files to PDF, create an index file, and pass this to your IFS or
PC/LAN directories. From there, EZContentManager will import these documents and index files to the repository for storage.

EZReporter/400 can also be used to automatically distribute converted spool files to directories on the IFS or PC/LAN directories as they are created.  It creates a database that contains detailed information on the spool files and reports that were converted, which includes description, spool file name, number of pages, form type, creation date, etc.

Spool files are automatically converted to desired formats to pass to the IFS or PC/LAN directories with associated index fields.
