ACOM's post processing equipment enables you to achieve virtually hands-off mailing operations. The equipment is intuitive to use, with limited operator training required. Simple, well-designed control panels ensure that even first time users can operate the equipment successfully.

AutoSeal® desktop folder/sealer equipment is available in four models for automating the pre-mailing processing of checks printed on pressure sensitive self-mailing security check stock. Performance/duty cycle ranges from up to 85 sheets per minute and 4,000 per week for the low volume FD1500 model, and up to 11,000 sheets per hour and 125,000 per month for the midrange FD2052 model.

We feature the new 6100 and 6202 Series folder/inserter machines, which automate the folding and stuffing of checks printed on cut sheets of security check stock. Levels of automation and capacity are available to satisfy almost any application. Up to 250 envelopes and up to 500 sheets can be loaded into these machines (depending on the configuration), which perform the folding/inserting process at rates of 2,200 sheets per hour and handle a duty cycle of up to 15,000 sheets per month. Feeders can be refilled on the fly allowing for continuous operation and the cascade mode maximizes production by linking two feeders and filling them with the same document. When one feeder empties the other one automatically starts feeding.

No post-processing solution is complete without a paper jogger. Paper joggers enhance your post-processing solution by aligning and separating your paper for proper feeding, which prevents unnecessary paper jams. Joggers also reduce static electricity that can cause paper sheets to stick to one another. We feature the FD400 with its unique tiled bin design, which ensures smaller stacks can be jogged without falling over.
